The building of the new Downtown Library is progressing with the concrete and steel foundation now under construction. The new Downtown Library, located at the corner of NW 2nd Avenue & NW 4th Street in Boca Raton, will be a one story 42,000 square feet facility. The new library will be almost twice the size of the current library building, which opened more than 50 years ago.
